How Does it Work?
Sign of up for your subscription and Your Can Hero will arrive on or before collection day to bring your garbage cans and recycling bins to the curb. After collection we will return the bins to the designated location.
Do I have to be home?
No, the way we have designed the service means you don’t have to be home or come out to meet us. We get all the information such as garage codes, bin location, and special instructions beforehand.
What if I have a large item one day?
One-off large or bulky items can be added to your subscription at any time by choosing Bulky Items in the “What your Hero Does” section.
Do you offer a one-time service?
Yes, one-time services are perfect for someone recovering from an injury, surgery, or while you’re on vacation. Select One Time Service in the above “What Your Hero Does” section. You can select this up to 3 times per order.
What if you miss collection day?
If missing collection day is the fault of Your Can Hero we will collect your garbage and recycling ourselves at no cost to you.
